지난 2월 이탈리아 피에몬테 바르바레스코 에 다녀왔습니다. 단테 리베티는 바르바레스코 마을 네이베(Neive)지역의 탑와이너리입니다. 패미리가 운영하는 와이너리답게 매일 같이 대가족이 모여서 식사를 같이 한다고 합니다.
대가족에 끼여서 피에몬테의 명물 타야린 파스타면을 더군다나 직접 만든 파스타면을 먹어봅니다.
단테 리베티는 숙성 잠재력이 매우 뛰어난 와인입니다. 게다가 와이너리에서 올드 빈티지를 많이 보유하고 있어서 저희 뱅가드와인머천트에서도 추후에 올드빈티지를 수입할 계획을 하고 있습니다. 이날은 89년, 96년 99년 빈티지를 시음했습니다.
수많은 올드 빈티지들 바라보면 가슴이 설레입니다. 앞으로 뱅가드와인머천트를 빛낼 최고의 와인이 될것입니다.
